The machine has several hardwired buttons. Before starting, ensure access doors are closed and the HMI is in Auto mode.
(1) Cycle Start — Press and hold to start the running sequence. The machine starts in Auto mode.
(2) Cycle Stop Reset — Press to stop after the current cycle, or to clear active alarms and warnings. Aside from the HMI, there is also a Cycle Stop Reset above the e-stop on the sorter.
(3) System On — Press to power on from a powered-down state. When a door or emergency stop has tripped, System On resets the status bar. Ensure all doors are locked and alarms are clear before resuming.
(4) Emergency Stop — Immediately ceases all machine operations. Use Cycle Stop, not Emergency Stop, in all non-emergency situations.
