The FRL system releases compressed air to depressurize the pneumatics when needed. Left to right:
- A pressure-relief valve that turns machine air on or off, and is the LOTO point for air.
- A regulator that filters air and can manually regulate pressure. The pressure switch has a digital display of current pressure.
- A soft-start valve that dumps all air when an e-stop is activated. On restart it gradually restores air. The valve can be used to control how quickly pressure returns.
