Main / home screen

Lock, mode, controls, statistics, and status bar.

  1. Lock — lock or unlock machine doors.
  2. Mode — toggle Manual and Automatic. Most operations run in Automatic. Manual stops the machine and allows setup.
  3. Screen Select — open the select menu.
  4. Home — return to the Main Screen.
  5. User — login status and user level. Touch the blue icon to enter credentials.
  6. Status — Stacker, Vision System, and tooling fiber optics. Start / Stop the Vision System as needed. While logged in you can Bypass Stacker.
  7. Controls — Safety Stop, Cleanout (clears a jam), Web Nip (feeds material), Chopper (cuts leftover material). While logged in you can Bypass Safety Block during setup.
  8. Statistics — current machine statistics.
  9. Status bar — door, air, and e-stop status. Alarms and warnings display above it.
