Main screen

Camera, mode, recipe select, reject statistics, ESTOP 1–2 and AIR.

  1. Camera — open the camera interface.
  2. Mode — toggle Manual and Automatic. Most operations run in Automatic. Manual stops the machine for setup.
  3. Screen Select — open the select menu.
  4. Home — return to the Main Screen.
  5. User — login status and user level. Touch the blue icon to enter credentials.
  6. Status bar — air and e-stop status plus the cap currently in use. Alarms and warnings display above it. ESTOP 1, ESTOP 2, and AIR.
  7. Select — select and activate a recipe.
  8. Reject statistics — current reject side, liner, and top trigger counts.
  9. Footer — machine name and number (9002426-06 AMCOR VISION SYSTEM), current state, date, and time.
