The Vision System FRL is under the machine infeed. Left to right:
- A pressure-relief valve that turns machine air on or off, and is the LOTO point for air.
- A regulator that filters air and can manually regulate pressure. The pressure switch has a digital display of current pressure.
- A soft-start valve that dumps all air when an e-stop is activated. On restart it gradually restores air. Use it to control how quickly pressure returns.
When minimum machine pressure is not met, an alarm sounds.
If the machine loses air, it defaults to a state where it rejects all caps.
