Inside the guards, caps travel:
- Infeed conveyor
- Second conveyor (first inspection) with cameras
- Flip track
- Third conveyor (second inspection) with cameras
- Cap-spinner rejection mechanism at the exit
The flip track inverts the cap between the two inspection conveyors so Camera 6 can see the opposite face.
