You can change or replace the belts and adjust conveyor tension.
Tools needed: • Imperial Allen key set • Open-ended wrench • Screwdriver
Before you begin: • Always turn off power and lock out the machine according to LOTO policy before changing the belts. • Mark and make note of the positions and locations of all sensors and cameras before beginning, so they can be reinstalled after the belt change.
Infeed and the third (second-inspection) conveyor are supplied with a white belt and a black belt — color-contrasted for better images depending on the caps in use.
