A white belt and a black belt are provided. Choose contrast for the caps in use.
STEP 1: Remove belt tension. Loosen and remove the two fasteners at the end of the conveyor (loosen or remove the guard if needed). Also loosen and remove the two 10-32 fasteners underneath.
STEP 2: Loosen the two (2) lock nuts and bolts.
STEP 3: Remove the four (4) 10-32 bolts, then remove the Plexi guard covering the end plate.
STEP 4: Loosen and remove the six (6) 1/4-20 bolts, then remove the end plate.
With everything loose, fidget the belt off and replace it. Reinstall hardware in reverse order.
