A white belt and a black belt are provided for this conveyor.
STEP 1: Remove the transition plate between the conveyor and the flip track.
STEP 2: Remove the fiber-optic mount — loosen and remove the two (2) 10-32 screws.
STEP 3: Remove the cap escape plate by loosening and removing the bolts that secure it.
STEP 4: Remove the reject chute. Loosen and remove the bolts securing it.
STEP 5: Remove the Plexi guard (four 10-32 screws). Then remove the end plate by loosening and removing the six 1/4-20 bolts.
With everything loose, fidget the belt off and replace it. Reinstall hardware in reverse order.
