STEP 1: Remove the transition plate attached to the conveyor. Undo the jam nuts on the bolts (one bolt with a jam nut per side).
STEP 2: Remove the guide. Loosen and remove the four (4) screws on the guide guard.
STEP 3: Remove the two camera towers closest to you (disconnect the cables and unbolt the camera). Undo the four (4) 1/4-20 screws on each. Towers are aligned to help reinstallation — still note placement before removal.
STEP 4: Remove the reject chute. Loosen and remove the bolts securing it. You may also remove the flip track for space (optional). Be mindful of the fiber optics as you remove the chute.
STEP 5: Remove the belt. Loosen the lock nut on both sides and slacken the bolt on both sides. The belt should come off; if not, remove the belt adjustment plate entirely.
Reinstall hardware in reverse order.
